Three Steps to a Career That Lasts

Using interactive videos and virtual reality platforms, we let young adults visualize themselves in trades work — then choose one or two pathways they want to pursue.

Certify
We partner with selective certified training companies to provide valid trade certifications on their chosen pathway, aligned with local industry standards.

Launch
We connect graduates with local businesses for hands-on internships — seasonal help, after-school, weekends, or summer programs up to 4 weeks paid internship.
